Take out the good, the bad, and just leave out the ugly because that is all you are going to see in this slideshow.

There are good shooting forms out there in the world of basketball. You could take notes on sharp shooters like Michael Jordan, Reggie Miller, Larry Bird, Ray Allen, or Kobe Bryant to name a few.

Sounding to a beat of a different drum are the players I'm about to introduce.

Side Note: Please don't mimic any of these players forms. Just something to keep in mind.

No.5 Bill Cartwright

Bill Cartwright was actually a pretty decent free throw shooter in college. Shooting a solid 73.4 percent during his career in college ball. He was a third overall draft pick and a three-time NBA champion with the Bulls.

But his free throw form is just so unique to put it in kinder words.

No.4 Shawn Marion

CHARLOTTE, NC - MARCH 16: Shawn Marion #31 of the Toronto Raptors goes to the basket against teammates Emeka Okafor #50 and Gerald Wallace #3 of the Charlotte Bobcats at Time Warner Cable Arena on March 16, 2009 in Charlotte, North Carolina. NOTE TO USE

The matrix is a four-time NBA All-Star, a Bronze Medalist in the Olympics, and he takes on the form of a kangaroo trying to shoot a basketball when he's shooting a jumpshot.

Even more odd than his unorthodox shot is the fact he actually makes it.

No.3 Chuck Hayes

DENVER - APRIL 17: Chuck Hayes #44 of Houston Rockets shoots over Carmelo Anthony #13 of the Denver Nuggets on April 17, 2006 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. The Rockets won 86-83. NOTE TO USER: USER expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by

He gets paid $1,936,000 a year to rebound, and defend. He does not get paid to shoot free throws.

Last season he averaged a poor 36.8 percent from the charity line. Adding insult to injury, his shooting form is one of the most ugliest shots in NBA history.

No.2 Luara Harper

She is a WNBA player that uses one arm to shoot her free throws. At least she makes it some of the time.

If it works for her then I guess it's too late to change her form. No matter how "weird" it looks.

No.1 Rick Barry

The one and only "granny" shot from one of the 50 Greatest Players in history.

Enough said.

Honorable Mention: Shaquille O'Neal

Shaq is one of the worst free throw shooters in history. Last season he broke the 5,000 missed free throws barrier.

His shooting form isn't that great either.

Honorable Mention: Monta Ellis

OAKLAND, CA - MARCH 30: Monta Ellis #8 of the Golden State Warriors looks on against the Memphis Grizzlies during an NBA game on March 30, 2009 at Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by download

Okay his shooting form is pretty solid. But what he did to his teammates and his opponents during one of his free throw attempts is just too funny to leave out.

I had to add him into this list.
