The Buffalo Bills have released the following statement on the James Hardy issue I wrote about the other day.
The statement is as follows:
“We have spoken to law enforcement officials and they have informed us that they looked into this and have no plans to pursue the matter any further. We also spoke to James last night and will continue to speak with him today, but indications are that this matter has been resolved.”My interpretation of that is that Hardy and his father have resolved this. If his father has no issues, there are no further charges to be pressed. Which is fine I guess, especially given the fact that the Bills cannot afford to lose their second round draft pick before he steps on the field.
I just hope that Hardy realizes that he is a professional now and needs to be more responsible. Whether or not having a gun is the issue, he needs to remember he is now an investment to an organization and needs to act like a man.
I am sure Trent Edwards agrees with me.

"we" don't know James Hardy and his Fathers relationship. His Father more than likely just wanted to mooch off Hardy's money now. Well...... Dad, Leave James alone. He is a Bill now and will become the greatest receiver of all time.

If you don't know their relationship, then keep your mouth shut. I know both of them personally, they are good men. It isn't right for you to speculate about their relationship and his father's motives for being with his son. Looks like the degree in Family Relations is doing great for you.

James Hardy just needs to know that he is a pro and needs to keep his personal life away from the media. Don't care of him and his father relationship but as a bills fan and a tax payer he better get his ass in gear and cowboy up to pro football standards. Go Bills
