Update: Former NYG WR Plaxico Burress Indicted On 3 Weapon Charges

It's official, Plaxico Burress has been indicted on weapon charges.

He has been indicted on two felony counts of possession of a weapon, and one misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment with a weapon.

Plaxico Burress faces a minimum of three and a half years in prison.

New York Giants linebacker Antonio Pierce will not be indicted. Pierce accompanied Burress the night he shot himself with the weapon.
