Plaxico Burress Indicted On Gun Charges; Pierce Cleared

Former New York Giants WR Plaxico Buress was indicted by a New York jury this afternoon on two counts of second degree criminal possession of a weapon and one count reckless endangerment blogNYG.com has learned.

Burress' former teammate, Antonio Pierce, who accompanied him on the night the crimes were committed, was cleared.

No court date for Burress has been set.
