Why Not Go After Roy Halladay

I was watching First Take yesterday on ESPN and Skip Bayless said something that really hit a nerve with me. He said why wouldn't you give up everything to get a guy like Roy Halladay, he will get you to the world series for a couple of years. I know he has not done it with Toronto, but they don't have the talent around him to do it. The Cubs on the other hand do, but yet we make another trade where I am not sure we made ourselves better. I think John Grabow will help but giving up Kevin Hart, I mean come on the guy has been very good for us. Why not put Hart and other minor league prospects in a deal for Halladay, at least for Halladay you know you are getting a stud pitcher for the next couple of years. Skip Bayless also said you are trying to win it now who cares what kind of prospects you will have in a couple of years if you can win the world series for the next two or three years and I agree with him 100%.
