Fedor? Doesn't Matter

A few weeks ago Cagepotato.com passed an edict that they would no longer carry news about Tito Ortiz and his "earth shattering, gonna happen soon deal".  Simply put Tito cried wolf a few too many times and the folks at Cagepotato got sick of it.

I'm passing the same edict on Fedor Emelianenko.

I'm over his supposed supremacy in the heavyweight division.  I'm over his handlers at M-1 trying to piggyback and use other organizations.  I'm over the whole potential courtship dance the UFC is going through to land him.

While I understand that not everyone likes, believes in, or agrees with the way the UFC handles their business and their fighters contracts there is no dispute that the UFC is good at putting on great shows.

Not every event is a block buster but then again they put on more events than almost all the other promotions combined.

Fedor and M-1's co-promotion nonsense is wearing very thin.  The UFC is a billion dollar company that doesn't need them.  The UFC is offering to make him the highest paid fighter in the company's history but that isn't enough.

Does Fedor versus Alistair excite anyone?  Nope.
