This is what was "leaked out" regarding Fedor's potential contract with the UFC:

• The UFC offered Fedor a 6 fight, 30 million dollar contract: That's 5 million a fight.
• The UFC offered Fedor an immediate title shot.
• Lesnar/Fedor would be the biggest PPV in MMA history (we assume), and the UFC offered M-1 Global a cut of the PPV on top of Fedor's purse.
• Fedor was free to wear as many M-1 logoed items as he wished. 
• The UFC also relented on allowing Fedor to compete in combat sambo.

With 6 fights.. the UFC has a potential to make over $240 million.  With 6 straight wins.. Fedor makes no more and no less than $5 mill.  Yes he may get some of the PPV for the Lesnar/Fedor fight.. but what about the other 5 fights.

Wearing a bunch of M-1 logos is pretty worthless. That's not even a push for the UFC... that is a win.

It is about getting paid what you are worth and with the UFC deal..Fedor won't be getting paid what he is worth and what he will have to sign off on will probably cost him more in the long run.  

There are the other not mentioned legalities such as rights to images, trademarks and licensing.  Why wasn't that "leaked out" as well.  It has been documented previously how the UFC basically takes all rights to your name and image as part of their contracts.
