The Oakland Raiders and #7 pick Heyward-Bey have agreed to a five year deal according to nfl.com.  The value of the contract wasn't announced at this time but is likely around 50-55 million considering he is a top-10 pick.  He is expected to report to training camp on Friday at the latest.  Derrick Burgess will be the only Raider not in camp.  This deal avoids a JaMarcus Russell like holdout, but was not as fast as Darren McFadden who signed his rookie contract in June '08.
