I do not disagree with Roger Goodell often, but now i must. Micheal has payed his debt to society and it makes no sense to "conditionally reinstate" him. Just reinstate him.

 Micheal has already spent 2 years in prison, gone bankrupt, and has completely destroyed his image. Is it really neccessary to suspend him?
