Forget NBA, NHL Playoffs: "Survivor" Finale Airs Tonight!

Sure it might be in the middle of the NBA Playoffs, and it’s game two of the Series between the Penguins and the Flyers in the NHL Playoffs, but I invite you all to take a break tonight.

 

Yes, take a break from Sports.  Now now, hold your fire!

 

CBS and Global airs tonight the Season Finale of “Survivor: Fans vs. Favorites” at 8 pm EST.  The Final Four battle it out for the crown of sole Survivor.

 

For the first time in Survivor history, the Final Four consists of all women. Amanda, Pavarti, Cirie and Natalie are the ones still in the running for the title.

 

It has been an eventful season. Starting off with 20 cast-mates, 10 “Super-Fans” and 10 of their favorites, how would the fans fare off against the already experienced favorites?

 

The season has been filled with a lot of drama of course. But this season also made history. Three cast-mates were sent home for medical reasons.

 

It was also a season full of blind-sides. The latest one happened last week when Erik, who won the Immunity Idle, gave it away to Natalie. Poor naïve (and STUPID) Erik, we was voted off by the 4 remaining women. He left the island with a valuable lesson indeed.

 

After the injuries, blind-sides and shockers, it brings us to the finale tonight!

 

Who will take home the $1, 000 000 prize and the title of sole Survivor?

 

Also don’t forget the reunion show that airs right after the finale.

    I'd like to see that Amanda misses in a Leafs jersey....or that Leafs contraption that Shania Twain was wearing a few years back.

    Survivor is terrible.

    It was cool the first couple times, now its hideously overdone. What season is this? a few too many if you ask me.

    Also, don't worry Survivor fans, I know tonight is the finale, but I'm sure they will have a new, even lamer season on in like 3 weeks...

      Haha, it's season #16!

      And there's no doubt that another season will start soon. CBS has already renewed it for many future seasons.

    Pavarti beat out Amanda to win the $1 000 000.

    James was voted "Fan Favorite" for the second season in a row, winning another $1 000 000.

    Pavarti and Amanda looked smoking HOT as usual :D

    Derek, as long as they keep putting hot girls on it like Amanda and Parvati, I could watch for another 16 seasons. :D.

    And boy did Amanda and Parv look hot last night! Amazing what a bit of makeup can do! ;)

      You happen to see the chick that bid $1 below the highest bid then run up on stage like she just won even though the girl who she bid below won. Funny as hell. Then that same girl that bid $1 short went the whole show without making it out of the pit. In the last bid, Drew Carey said her name like she won even though she didn't, she was pissed. You can probably youtube it, just figured since you brought up the whole Price is Right thing.

      Now on to the bigger issue, what is Survivor doing on this website, totally out of place here.

    Hmmm, a show that highlights everything that's reprehensible in the human condition.
    Spurious alliances, betrayal, whining, jealousy, ostracization, petty confrontations, arrogance, snivelling...

    I tell ya, I'd rather watch a test pattern.
