MLB, AL East, AL Central, Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians, Casey Blake, Grady Sizemore, Aaron Laffey

How 'bout them Indians?

Cleveland has won four of five, and the offense has finally gotten some runs. They beat the Yankees 2-of-3 and have one game left to sweep the Blue Jays.

Casey Blake, of all people, has finally got his hitting back and has got some RBI the last couple of nights.

Grady Sizemore has also got his hitting back when he got two homers against the Jays last night.

How 'bout Aaron Laffey going seven innings, five hits and two strikeouts? This kid looks promising, along with Adam Miller and Jeremy Sowers.

We have by far the deepest starting pitchers in the majors. Does the weary offense finally have its act together? Only time will tell.

  1. I am really liking the Indians position with their starters. Just think when Jake comes back, someone has to go. Likely to be Laffey, but he in no way would he deserve it. Plus Sowers and Miller are awaiting their turns as well. Not a bad problem to have....

    1. We need to get C.C. to start playing like a good pitcher. Send him down probably

  2. Still need more consistency on O. One big inning won't cut it night in and night out. But they are trending in the right direction.

  3. My bad on C.C. he has been doin good. I misunderstood on the condition of C.C. he is not goin anywhere
