One Step For Brandon Kennedy, One Giant Leap For FBS

The Bowl Championship Series has been debated since its inception in 1998 but in 2010, change may occure that has not been seen—Unless you're a homeless man named Brandon Kennedy [who I happen to be]

Recently, the Washington Post has publish an artilce on my efforts giving my proposal the international press that it needs. The Post is the 5th most circulated paper in the country.

it is not just a proposal, and it is not a personal rant against the BCS. It is a proposal and a report on the BCS, similiar to the Mitchell Report for Major League Baseball.
