Arsenal's strong showing against Spurs on the weekend was just a sign of things to come.

Pre-Season talks gave The Gunners no chance of winning the title and many believed that they wouldn't finish within the top four. That perspective has clearly changed, as Arsenal has won all but one (an away draw with Blackburn) of their matches.

They showed strong form in the Pre-Season tournaments (The Emirates and Amsterdam Cups), winning both and in the process beating some of the biggest names in Europe. But still, no one thought of Arsenal as 'Big 4' material after the departure of so many big names.

Thierry Henry was a great player, maybe one of the greatest ever for Arsenal. And when he left, it sent shockwaves through football. Here was a player who had committed his future to Arsenal, yet he chose to move with a few years left of his career. Arsenal had no time to regret or look back, they quickly signed a few new players and looked to the future.

While only 2 of the "Invincibles" remain, I think that Arsenal do have enough experience in the squad, just look at Toure, Lehman, Gilberto, Rosicky, Eduardo and even Fabregas!

So people who doubt Arsenal's experience are incorrect.

While it is wishful thinking to say that Arsenal can (or will) win it this season, one cannot say that Arsenal are not in the race for the league, and I wish them luck. The next 3 or 4 games are relativly easy, so if all goes to plan the Gunners will stay on top with a comfartable points cushion
