The NBA has become more talented than it ever has before.
From the cold-blooded Black Mamba Kobe, To Mr. Amazing Lebron, to Superman D. Howard. In this slide show i give you my opinion on the best ballers in the NBA. All of the players in these slides have proven their continual worth and promise to excite and entertain on a daily basis. All of the players in this short list were in the playoffs last season and will surely be back for another go at the trophy.
# 1. Black Mamba- Kobe Byrant
Kobe has proven to be the best in the game today. The man has 4 rings, a gold medal, and has finally won a Championship with out Shaq. With his cold-blooded instinct Kobe sucks the life blood of his opponents and injects defenders with his venomous play.
#2 The King-Lebron James
Lebron is nothing short of amazing. His size is incredible, along with that he is fast. Coming at defenders like a freight train. His abilities are limitless, and his game is constantly improving. In order for him to be the best he needs to be able to congratulate the best, and that is why he is #2. His game is dominating, but his poor sportsmanship is despicable at best. When he can give up the sophomoric antics he will become a serious champion.
#3 Superman-Dwight Howard
The Defensive player of the year ranks no. 3 among the best. His abilities have multiplied since his entry into the NBA, earning his first trip to the NBA finals via a Dominating game six 40+ point performance against Lebron and the Cavaliers. Dwight has yet to develop a in-the-post go to move, but look for him to develop a more consistent offensive game next season.
Carmelo Anthony
Carmelo has been # 2 to Lebron James his whole NBA career. He is surely improving his game, but has yet to be in the Finals. He has had solid #'s all season last season. Including averaging 27.5 ppg in the western conference finals against a defensive orientated LA Laker team. As long as the talent stays around Carmelo will be a Force in the playoffs for years to come.
#5 Do-it-All Dwayne Wade
Dwayne Wade has certainly earned his reputation as a potential MVP. The Heat lacked any credible offense last season but still got his team into the playoffs almost pretty much by himself. Not many players can do that. posting numerous 30-40 point games last season, look for that trend to continue this season, with a possible playoff run in the works.
