Shaq vs. Big Ben in New Reality Series

Summer hamiltonCorrespondent IJuly 21, 2009

Steelers' Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will take on NBA center Shaquille O'Neal in O'Neal's new reality television series, in which Shaq and other athletes compete in various sports.

Should Roethlisberger be worried?

No, I don't think so. It's really Shaq who should be worried, because Ben has won two Super Bowls and is the reigning Super Bowl-winning quarterback.

What would have really been interesting is if Roethlisberger played Shaq in a game of his first love, basketball. Then no one could guess the outcome.

Shaq's reasoning in doing the show is really to get to know these athletes and there personalities. During the show you will see kids from Ben's charity, as well as Ben in a more relaxed mood.

The show will air on Aug. 18 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
