Word on the street is, Michael Crabtree's Agent is trying to get ink on paper before Michael has to run a 40 yard dash.

Please tell me that the brain trust in San Francisco isn't going to sign a player with only two years of single sport college experience and is now projected to miss the first week of the season with a micro-fracture in his foot that should have been healed a month ago?

Why would a supposed super star player have only one 40 time on record in what now is dragging out to 3 years?

The answer is painfully obvious to the most casual observer.

Michael Crabtree is Lineman slow and has exceptionally slow healing bones.

Just one of these properties is enough to put a BUST label on a player, but Michael has both.

Don't expect Michael to make any more then a few intermittent catches between injuries during his short but profitable career.
