It is being reported that Dusty Rhodes will appear on RAW tonight, on camera with the special hosts ZZ Top.

WWE believes this General Manager angle is a good way to freshen up their product and plans to keep the angle going for as long as possible. Some people who may take up the position include, The Godfather, Snoop Dogg, and Cheryl Crow.

I have followed Raw for many years, but now I begin to wonder if this is really going to work. Sure, it will help to have a celebrity taking control of the show, but this shows a lack of leadership amongst the staff of WWE. I think Donald Trump had the right idea, but at the wrong time. Raw has seemed like the second-hand show to Smackdown! in recent weeks, so the show really needs someone to step up and steer it in the right direction.

Although I know it isn't going to happen, I would love to see Eric Bishoff take over once more. I know that everyone hated him, but he did create controversy, and ratings were outstanding. With WWE losing some of their top talent and staff to TNA, they really need to step up their game.
