The Buffalo Bills will arguably be facing their toughest test of the season when they take on the San Diego Chargers in Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday. If the Bills win today, it will be the first time they have started the season 3-0 since 2011.
The Chargers are entering this game a little banged up; running back Ryan Mathews has been ruled out, while wide receiver Keenan Allen, who will be active, was questionable all week. This certainly doesn't mean they should be taken lightly, especially since they have quarterback Philip Rivers, who is one of the better quarterbacks in the league.
The Bills don't have a quarterback like Rivers to rely on and shoulder the offensive load. If they want to beat the Chargers, they will need to put together a total team effort similar to the one they produced against Miami.
This should be a good game between two teams playing excellent football during the early stages of the regular season. I will be providing live updates and analysis throughout today's game, so be sure to join me and leave your own thoughts in the comment section.
