The superstar initiative recently returned in ECW and with it's return came fresh talent such as Tyler Reks, Sheamus, Yoshi Tatsu, and Abraham Washington. All of them looking to make an impact in ECW.
I've seen Reks wrestle and he's not bad, he had two good matches against Zack Ryder on WWE Superstars.
I can't say too much about Sheamus, except that a tan would work wonders for him. I'm a fan of Japanese wrestling, so it was good to see Yoshi Tatsu, who had a good match against Shelton, so I look forward to seeing more from him.
Abraham Washington. Abraham Washington. I honestly don't know what to say about him. Somehow I sat through his debut "show" with the Bella twins and it was bad. After watching the mess he proclaims to be the best show on late night. I went to YouTube to see if he could wrestle.
I figured that hopefully he's better in the ring than he is on the mic. Only one damn Abraham Washington match and it was barely even a match. Most of the videos were of him cutting promos in the ring with his "security agents."
I take it that WWE doesn't plan on keeping him around for long being that he hasn't even been added to the ECW roster page.
The Abraham Washington with the Bella Twins equals fail. The second week of the Abraham Washington show with Tommy Dreamer equals MAJOR FAIL! And this coming Tuesday it will equal fail...again!
So I end this article with a question: What is Abraham Washington's purpose in ECW?
