I really like Chris Wood.

As it sits right now he is tied for the lead in the British Open Championship at -2.

He is tied with Tom Watson and Lee Westwood.

At only twenty-one years old, Wood stands to win a major today.

Don't get me wrong, like the rest of the world I am routing for the almost sixty-year old Watson too.

But Wood has that something special.

A hip young face for the new generation of golfers and fans.

He is English.

His caddy is Irish.

They are both very familiar with the terrain and the weather conditions at Turnberry.

Advantage!

We will have to see what happens in the next three hours, but with five holes left he has the composure and the demeanor to win this thing.

Where can I comment?
