Keeping in the spirit of the Major league baseball All Star break, and the numerous lists, teams, and articles of players who should have made the midsummer classic, I have decided to make an All-HOF Snub team. A team comprised of the greatest players at each position, not to be enshrined in Cooperstown.

There are a few parameters for this list, however.

First, there will be one player from each position, a left-handed starting pitcher, a right-handed starting pitcher, and a relief pitcher. I will also be selecting a DH. The DH can be any player, from any position, in any league.

Second, all players chosen must be ELIGIBLE for enshrinement into the baseball Hall of Fame. So that means there will be no Pete Rose, Shoeless Joe, or anyone else who are not eligible to be in the Hall of Fame.

Also, I will be staying away from player who are not yet eligible, and any steriod-era players (sorry Mark McGwire). That's a debate for another day.

Finally, just because these players made the team, DOES NOT mean I think they should be in the Hall of Fame, however, I think each player does have a reasonable argument for enshrinement.

(Also, I have not included Andre Dawson in this list. I believe he is so close that he may get in this year).

With the parameters set, here is the All-HOF-Snub Team
