WAGs of the British Open

It's that time again folks!

Time to celebrate another group of athletes not for their accomplishments on their field of play, but on the kind of play they get from the field, if you catch my drift.

Today we salute the men playing in the British Open Championship. Not only do you get to be with these beautiful women, but they are actually in favor of you playing golf all day.

Anna Ivanovic - Adam Scott

The British Open can be a cruel tournament. Not only do you have to deal with the challenges of any major tournament, but there are ferocious winds that whip around you constantly.

But the cruelest thing the Open Championship did this year was force Adam Scott to miss the cut, meaning we won't get to see any more of his gorgeous tennis star girlfriend, Ana Ivanovic.

Elin Woods - Tiger Woods

You know who else missed the cut? Tiger Woods.

Because of his competitive nature, this gaffe will probably haunt Tiger instead of him seeing it as a blessing.

A blessing? Of course. Now, instead of being out on that cold course, he can go back to his cushy home, nice weather, a bed made entirely of $100 bills, and spend more time with his wife, Elin.

This former nanny can take good care of him.

Anna Cladakis - John Daly

Speaking of making cuts, you know who did make the cut, Tiger? John Daly.

Yes, that John Daly.

You can thank the support of his former Hooters waitress girlfriend, Anna Cladakis, for his turnaround.

She encourages him, helps him get his life back on track, and pours him beer while spinning around on a stool.

Diane Donald - Luke Donald

Luke Donald is hanging in there at the Open Championship. I have a suggestion for him if he's in the hunt on Sunday.

Instead of going with Tiger's famous approach of wearing red that day, have your wife wear this red dress on the course to distract the golfers.

Sonya Toms - David Toms

Just look at this picture. Who seems in charge in this relationship? I would say Sonya.

David is just standing there while she seems to have control of him. You could say that she has him by the balls.

Then again, looking at her, that may not be such a bad thing.

Valeria Faldo - Nick Faldo

I feel bad for Nick Faldo. He seems to have missed out on the fountain of youth moment, which Tom Watson leading and other senior citizens in the hunt.

But worst of all is that he has to see his hot ex-wife all the time at the tournaments. I'm sure they're still friendly and all, but it's gotta kill him knowing that he doesn't get to go home with this anymore.

Caroline Harrington - Padraig Harrington

Paddy Harrington has owned the British Open as of late, which means that we get to see plenty of his wife Caroline celebrating with him.

She's definitely a classy lady.

Kate Rose - Justin Rose

Kate Rose is certainly one of the hottest wives on the tour, but she's also a world class gymnast.

Well, she used to be at least. They just had their first child in February. I'm not sure she's going to be up on the balance beam anytime soon after that, but I'll settle for a few more pictures on her in that dress.

Jocelyn Hefner - Paul Casey

Wow, who would have thought Paul Casey could pull a girl like that?

He's pretty goofy looking, but she is just stunning. On a scale of 1-4 I would give her a resounding FORE!

Laura Smith - Oliver Wilson

I don't really know anything about Oliver Wilson, but I do know that I'll be rooting for him to do well so we can see some more of his girlfriend.

More power to him though, I'm not sure I would have a (chip) shot with her.
