The Baltimore Sun is reporting the Baltimore Ravens could look to sign Marvin Harrison due to the recent statements by Derrick Mason. Mason told a Web site on Monday that he plans to retire, but he has not submitted the necessary paperwork to the league.

Mason struggled with injuries last season, and Harrison might not be such an upgrade. Harrison, 37, has slowed down the past two seasons after making the Pro Bowl the previous eight years. Harrison had 60 receptions last season, but he looked worn down.

Adding to the mess, both Demetrius Williams and Mark Clayton are in contract years. The Sun is also reporting the Ravens could look elsewhere for help. Amani Toomer, D.J. Hackett, Reggie Williams, Drew Bennett, Darrell Jackson, Justin McCareins, and others have been mentioned.
