Ohio High School Football Game Ends Early After Benches-Clearing Brawl

A local high school football game in Ohio was abruptly cancelled Friday night after the two teams were involved in a benches-clearing brawl.

In the third quarter, a Collinwood High School player took a cheap shot after a blown whistle on a punt return, laying out a Garfield Heights High School player. The teammates of the player hit were upset at the play and began to scuffle with the opponent.

Things quickly got out of hand, and both benches ended up clearing. According to Fox 8, three people were arrested and two were sent to the hospital, one of whom was a player.
