Kevin Harvick took the lead away from Chase Elliott on lap 37 and never looked back to win the Great Clips 300.

After taking the lead, Harvick was barely challenged by the other drivers in the field on the way to his second consecutive Nationwide Series win at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The driver of the No. 5 car, who will be on the pole for Sunday's Sprint Cup race, led the final 159 laps of the race that saw a minimal amount of cautions and just the one lead change.

Elliott, who extended his lead in the points race over Regan Smith, ended up in fifth place behind four drivers that will pull double duty at the track this weekend.

Joey Logano finished in second place with Kyle Larson and Kyle Busch taking the checkered flag behind him in third and fourth respectively.
