Angel Di Maria was thrust straight into the Manchester United starting XI after signing for £59.7 million this week, and he gave fans an early glimpse of what he could do.
The first effort was not so great—a driving run but a terrible through pass for Wayne Rooney (above).
But later he made amends with a superb pass from deep to pick out Robin Van Persie.
