Richard Sherman Believes Fantasy Football Is Behind the Increase in Penalties

The National Football League has put a lot of emphasis on cutting down on the amount of contact a defender can make with a receiver, so there have been a lot more flags this preseason than in the past.

Outspoken Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman believes he knows why the league is being harder on defenders.

In an interview with NBC's Josh Elliott, Sherman talked about why he believes there are so many flags being thrown this preseason. Sherman's thoughts on the matter come at around the 1:15 mark in the video below:
