The Dallas Cowboys fall to 0-3 for the preseason with a 25-20 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night. The Cowboys first-team offense had a rough night as they only scored six points in the first half. The first-team defense got abused in the running game early, but did a great job getting off the field on third down.
The start player for the Cowboys was cornerback Tyler Patmon, who accounted for two interceptions and a touchdown. Patmon was on the roster bubble heading into the game, but his performance should put him in great position to make the 53-man roster.
The Cowboys have a great deal of things they need to work on if they expect to be competitive with the San Francisco 49ers Sept. 7.
