The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is clearly for a wonderful cause, but if you're a regular on social media, you may be feeling like you've seen them all.
However, you haven't seen David Moyes do it yet.
The former manager of Manchester United accepts Marouane Fellaini's challenge (if you were being cruel, you might say it's a better link-up than anything they managed at Old Trafford), and he nominates Rod Stewart, Europe's Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley and former player Leon Osman.
He manages to use the phrase "after I've had the ice," which for some reason is as cheery and well-intentioned as all the times he overused the word "try" during his tenure at Manchester United.
Which, on some level, felt like it ended in much the same way as this challenge.
