No surprises for guessing the story dominating England's back pages on Friday. Mario Balotelli is set to return to the Premier League and join Liverpool. What else compares?

"I'll be a good buy," claims Balotelli, as per the Daily Star's back page.

The Sun, meanwhile, claims Liverpool have set out a code of conduct for the notoriously volatile Italy international to adhere to.

A similar theme from The Times, which insists Balotelli will have to agree a contract that enforces certain standards of "application and behaviour" (see above).

Another big story is former Cardiff manager Malky Mackay, who is accused of being a racist by a young professional who worked under him in Wales, as per the Mirror.

The Daily Express has Mackay's statement through the League Managers' Association as its back-page lead, in which his actions were excused as "banter."

The Telegraph appears to be making the point that "banter" is not a reasonable excuse.

The Independent also focuses on matters Mackay and Cardiff, reporting that the club may have committed transfer fraud to the tune of £40 million after going over the club's set budget during his tenure.

Stay tuned to Bleacher Report on Friday for the latest news on Balotelli's transfer and Malky's "banter."
