Former Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay was seemingly set to take the Crystal Palace job before it broke that Cardiff owner Vincent Tan sent the FA a dossier of Mackay's alleged misconduct. 

Lukas Podolski, Cheick Tiote and Mario Balotelli are also mentioned as rumoured exits from their respective clubs.
