This off season there has been lots of talk about Jeff Garcia taking over for JaMarcus Russell as starting QB for the Raiders. In the after thought of it all, I looked at the numbers. Jeff Garcia did not exactly light it up last season.

Look at the numbers; Garcia passing attempts 376, with 244 completions for 2712 yards, 12 TDs, and 6 INTs.

Jamarcus Russell; 368, pass attempts with 198 completions for 2423 yards, 13 TDs, and 8 INTs.

Give the one year starter a chance to prove himself before you throw him under the bus.
