The Ice Bucket challenge is getting so popular that now footballers and celebrities are taking to new and greater measures to one-up each other.

Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany was the latest footballer to partake in the ALS benefit, and he does so with a giant trash can full of ice (well, ice water, mostly) instead of merely a bucket. It was so large that tipping it required assistance from Joe Hart and Edin Dzeko.

Among his nominations to take the challenge is fellow Belgian Jean-Claude Van Damme, and we cannot wait to see that.
