Week 2 of the NFL preseason is here. Both the Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys held their final training camp practice Thursday. Now, it's time for these two teams to face each other in their second preseason game.
Baltimore will travel to Texas to face the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium at 7 p.m. ET Saturday.
Baltimore is 1-0 in the preseason after a 23-3 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1. The Ravens defense held the 49ers to just 187 yards of total offense. Baltimore's offense controlled the game on the ground, rushing for 237 combined yards on 48 carries (4.9 yards per carry).
As for Dallas, it lost to the San Diego Chargers, 27-7, in Week 1 of the preseason. The offense was without starting quarterback Tony Romo, who continued to rehab from back surgery he had late in the 2013 NFL season. He's expected to play against Baltimore.
Dallas' star that day was Brandon Weeden, who started in place of Romo. He completed 13 of 17 passes for 107 yards and threw a touchdown to tight end James Hanna, Dallas' lone score of the game.
This will be Dallas' first home game of the 2014 NFL preseason. Because this is both teams' second preseason game, the starters figure to play for about one to two quarters before the backups take over for the rest of the contest.
