Miss Texas 2014 Monique Evans, 22, got the unique opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a Texas Rangers game on Friday against the Los Angeles Angels.

Things didn't go as well as planned.

Evans ended up deciding to toss the ball underhand, but it didn't come anywhere close to the catcher, falling well short and looking more like a grounder.

The professional ballerina's follow-through looked clean, but everything else was suspect—except for the crown. That part's legit.
