Andrea Pirlo has scored a lot of goals. He's scored brilliant curlers and long-range golazos, in crucial situations and in meaningless friendlies, but now he can tick another item off his list: Score the very first goal in a new stadium.

Pirlo and Juventus took on the Singapore Select XI in the new Singapore National Stadium on Saturday, and the 35-year-old Italian got things off on the right foot with a startlingly simple free-kick goal.

We know it's tough to defend a Pirlo set piece, but that wall left a lot to be desired. Still, there are worse people to christen a new stadium.
