United States men's national team captain Clint Dempsey, 31, found a way to make sure all parties were satisfied during a recent Seattle Sounders game.

After the Sounders finished off a 2-0 victory over the Houston Dynamo on Sunday, Dempsey gave a young fan his game-worn jersey—in exchange for some popcorn.

As SB Nation's Jeremiah Oshan points out, the boy is Bill Predmore's son. Predmore owns the Seattle Reign, an American professional women's soccer team.

Any sports fan knows that stadium popcorn isn't cheap, but it seems like the fan got the better of this deal. There's no doubt that his mother, Teresa Predmore, was a fan of the swap.
