According to RDS (Reseau des sports) former Minnesota Wild head coach Jacques Lemaire is close to be named head coach of the New Jersey Devils.

It also states that Mario Tremblay, who was the assistant coach for the Wild would be joining Lemaire.

Lemaire coached the NJ Devils in the past. From 1993-1998. He won the Jack Adams Trophy in the 1993-94 season. He also won the Stanley Cup as a head coach with them in 1995.

The announcement should be made in a few days.
