Ex-Indianapolis Colts running back Chris Rainey appears to be a little bit salty with his former team and one of his former teammates.

Rainey was released by the Colts in late July, and ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the running back was cut for violating team rules.

Well, Rainey took to Twitter on Thursday night to provide a little bit of detail regarding the situation. That may not have been the best idea.

Rainey called out the Colts and former teammate Daniel "Boom" Herron, who caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Matt Hasselbeck in the second quarter, on Twitter during Indianapolis' first preseason game against the New York Jets.

Rainey's Twitter account is protected, but he has reportedly deleted those tweets.
