Cardinals Guide To Winning The World Series

Trade for Roy Halladay. Despite speculation it would only take a trade involving Jess Todd, Daryl Jones, PJ Walters, cash considerations, or a player to be named later. A deal needs to be done.

Halladay is signed through 2010. With a starting rotation of Carpenter, Wainright, Lohse, Halladay, and Pineiro... man, they would be unbeatable.

Can I smell 105 victories? Just think, the top four of those guys have the ability to get 15-20 wins EVERY season. It would be incredible. Add Brett Wallace, Albert Pujols, Ryan Ludwick, Skip Schumaker, Colby Rasmus, Yadier Molina, Chris Duncan, and Brendan Ryan, and you have a team that can hit, field, pitch, can run.

I mean come on! The Cards are the perfect fit for Halladay. Former Blue Jays Chris Carpenter and Troy Glaus played with him as well. We could dominate the playoffs for the next three years at least.

The Cards need to pounce. They just need to! We all saw what happened when CC Sabathia came from the AL to the NL, just add another year onto it!

Come on Mo make the trade. Just don't give up Kozma or Wallace, or I will put together a mob that will attack you. And I will call for your head and yadayada.
