Welcome to Bleacher Report's preview for the August 7 episode of NXT on the WWE Network. Spoilers are already out there, but if you want to know what will happen without having the matches spoiled for you, you're in the right place.

This week's show will feature four matches, which is a little light from the usual five to six we typically see. That means more time to make each bout as entertaining as possible.

The first matchup of the evening will feature another contest in the ongoing tournament to determine who will challenge The Ascension for their NXT Tag Team Championships.

Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady will be taking on Tye Dillinger and Jason Jordan. Amore and Cassady have had some decent exposure in NXT recently, but Dillinger and Jordan are not as familiar to viewers. No matter who wins, these four men get some much-needed screen time.

The second match of the night will be a singles bout between Xavier Woods and CJ Parker. This was taped before Woods changed up his gimmick recently, which means we will see Woods as the happy babyface instead of the militant heel.

Woods has been helping Big E and Kofi Kingston find their more aggressive side in recent weeks, but with a few shows in a row not featuring the new stable, it's possible that management has already lost faith in them.

Unfortunately, Woods has never really been booked all that well on WWE television, but he's had a decent go of it in NXT, so this bout with Parker could really go either way.

The women of NXT will also be in action when Bayley takes on Eva Marie. With Marie still being very limited in the ring, it's going to be up to Bayley to carry the weight in this one.

The final bout of the evening will be another round in the tag team tournament, but this one will feature names just about every fan should be familiar with.

Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel will be reuniting to take on the strange pairing of Sami Zayn and Adam Rose. Kidd and Gabriel have history as a team, but the pairing of Rose and Zayn just feels like a half-hearted attempt to fill up the tournament.

Regardless, it should easily be the best match of the night. Adam Rose has some notable skills, but Zayn, Kidd and Gabriel are some of the most exciting performers thanks to their wrestling acumen and their ability to fly through the air with the greatest of ease.

Also scheduled for the evening is an appearance by Prince Pretty himself, Tyler Breeze. The No. 1 contender for Adrian Neville's NXT Championship will address his upcoming title match in a video package.

At least one match will be worth tuning in for, but the great thing about NXT is that any bout can surprise you and steal the show at any time. You can always watch highlights on YouTube, but tuning in on the WWE Network is usually worth it.

What are you looking forward to on this week's show?
