Tiger Woods has announced that he will be playing at the PGA Championship.
After pulling out of the final round of the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational last weekend, Woods created quite a stir at Valhalla on Wednesday when it was announced that he would be playing a practice round.
Surrounded by throngs of media and fans, Woods did not show any signs of discomfort during a highly scrutinized front nine.
Before taking to the back nine to work on his chipping and putting, Woods spoke with the press, declaring himself pain-free and saying he thinks he can win the tournament.
Woods will tee off for Round 1 at 8:35 on Thursday morning in a group with Phil Mickelson and Padraig Harrington.
