Once again my beloved Mets have made an embarrassment of themselves,   their Fans and the game of Baseball. For the fourth straight time they have dropped a series, getting absolutely pummeled by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Their pitching is falling apart, their bats are asleep and they can't catch pop ups. It seems that they are adding another player to the DL every week, not even the backups are safe. And what does Omar do????? Absolutely Nothing!!!!!

The Mets Management Keep saying "If only We Can survive untill the All Star Break". The problem with that is we are not surviving we are drowning. The fact is the team we are putting on the field simply cannot compete on the Major League Level.

Another reason why I cringe every time I hear someone say "Only a few more games till the All Star break we'll make it". Is because what is going to happen after the All star break, Who's Coming back? NO ONE!!! Omar Himself has said that he hopes that Beltran and Reyes are back before Delgado (who is expected back around the middle of august) and he does not know if they will be.

Thats why I cant Understand why Omar has not made a trade. Whether it be Alex Rios, Roy Halladay, Freddy Sanchez, Matt Holliday, or even Robinson Cano. The trades are out their to be made and we shouldnt be scared of getting rid of a prospect or two if it means getting back an All star caliber position Player.

I Honestly Believe that If Omar doesn't make a move soon the Metropolitans are going to sink into the abyss.

Where can I comment?
