The Mirror reports Manchester City FC have told Samuel Eto'o he has 24 hours to sign on the dotted line for City or lose the chance to join City for good.

Eto'o is playing a stubborn game with FC Barcelona, as he refuses to answer Laporta's phone calls, with Barcelona refusing to pay Eto'o a chunk of the £35 million transfer fee.

Either that or Eto'o is holding out and time-wasting in hopes that Chelsea FC come in with a bid for his services.

Mirror Sport revealed that Eto'o has told his friends that he would prefer a move to Chelsea if they came in with a bid, however, that would be unlikely due to the fee and the player's wages.

I am only one City fan, I hope after those 24 hours for our sakes that Manchester City really do pull the plug on Eto'o, if i had my way i'd pull the plug right now.

What do you think?
