After getting drafted in the 5th round of the 2008 NFL draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and sitting on the bench all of his rookie year I think it's time to give     QB Josh Johnson a chance at the NFL level. Johnson who dominated during his time at San Diego State should get his chance knowing that rookie Josh Freeman will not be starting this year for the Bucs. They should give the reigns over to Johnson for this year after compiling stats at SDS that just look impressive with 108 career Touchdowns a 64.9 completion percentage and only 15 career Ints in 4 years not to mention a QB rating of 158.26. Johnson also has some compettion at the QB spot going up against QB Luke McCown and QB Byron Leftwich. Griese has not yet been cut from their roster but it looks as thought that will be happening sometime soon. Johnson has all the tools to be a NFL QB he's patient in the pocket and has the ability to run when plays brake down and has the arm and accuracey in the pocket and also on the run so why not just give him a chance.
