Arsenal's Mathieu Flamini Doesn't Have Time for Showboaters at Emirates Cup

Mark Patterson@@MarkPattersonBRUK Staff WriterAugust 4, 2014

Arsenal's Mathieu Flamini was clearly underwhelmed by Nabil Dirar's tricks on the wing during the club's friendly with Monaco, and the Frenchman had a no-nonsense solution to deal with the situation.

The Gunners lost the match 1-0, and Monaco were trying to kill time in the dying moments to hang on to the win.

Flamini, as if from nowhere, slides in to the shot with a perfectly judged sliding tackle.

Monaco held on, but Dirar may think twice about killing time like that in the future.
