Welcome to Bleacher Report's preview for the July 31 episode of NXT on the WWE Network. Spoilers are already out there, but if you want to know what will happen without having the matches spoiled for you, you're in the right place.

WWE did another three weeks of NXT tapings down at Full Sail University a couple of weeks ago that will begin airing on Thursday.

The final NXT of July will feature five matches, a few of which will feature a few NXT stars who don't get as much time on screen as their peers.

The night's first bout will see the No. 1 contender for the NXT Championship, Tyler Breeze, taking on Angelo Dawkins.

Dawkins has never had a televised victory, so this could be his chance to prove he has something to offer against one of the bigger names in NXT. Oddly enough, these two faced off in NXT almost exactly one year ago, with Breeze picking up the win the last time they faced off.

The second bout of the evening will feature the NXT Women's champion, Charlotte, taking on the Irish-born Becky Lynch.

Lynch and Charlotte are not strangers to each other after having several tag matches on non-televised shows and a recent tag match from the July 3 episode of NXT.

WWE audiences may not be as familiar with Lynch as they are with Charlotte, but what they need to know is that this girl has talent. She has been wrestling for 12 years and was trained by new WWE signee Fergal "Prince" Devitt.

With Lynch's experience and Charlotte's pedigree, this could be one of the best women's matches we have seen in NXT since the title bout at Takeover between Charlotte and Natalya.

The Ascension will be in tag team action this week against another team of two unknown jobbers. They have been getting a lot of victories lately, but facing jobbers isn't doing them any good.

Speaking of the NXT Tag Team Championship, this week will mark the beginning of a tournament to crown new contenders for The Ascension's titles.

The first bout in the tournament will feature Bull Dempsey teaming with Mojo Rawley to take on The Mechanics, a team comprised of Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson.

Rawley and Dempsey are featured relatively regularly, but Wilder and Dawson will be unknown to a majority of the fans. It will be interesting to see how they perform.

In the final match of the night, Adam Rose will once again return to NXT, this time to take on the perpetually angry Tyson Kidd.

Kidd still hasn't found his groove, which has led to him making some rash decisions in recent weeks. Natalya has stayed by his side through everything, but there is only going to be so much she can take.

Every time he loses, Kidd gets a little closer to making a full heel turn. Can you imagine what a loss to a joker such as Adam Rose would do to him?

It's tough to judge from the card if this will be a good episode, but it's usually worth tuning in to find out. NXT always provides some kind of entertainment during its weekly hour; it just takes wading through the junk sometimes.

What are you looking forward to on this week's show?
