Real Madrid's Pepe isn't the most popular footballer in the world. The Portuguese centre-back is known for his hard tackles and fiery temper, and it seems at some point Seydou Keita decided he'd had enough.

The AS Roma man refused Pepe's handshake ahead of their friendly in Dallas on Tuesday night, then threw a water bottle at his head. As for what caused the outburst, Dirty Tackle provided more information:

Keita accused Pepe of calling him a monkey during the first leg of the Spanish Supercopa in 2011. According to the Fox broadcast for the Roma-Real Madrid match, the fourth official said that Pepe spat at Keita at some point during the handshake/water bottle incident, as well.

Well there you have it. If you call someone a monkey and spit at them, they might throw a water bottle at your head. We're sure that Pepe's learned his lesson and won't be angering anyone else from now on.
