Best:Bobby Cox

19 APR 1992: ATLANTA MANAGER BOBBY COX IN THE DUGOUT DURING THE BRAVES GAME VERSUS THE LOS ANGELES DODGERS AT DODGER STADIUM IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. Mandatory Credit: Stephen Dunn/ALLSPORT

Robert being his real name Bobby Cox is one of the most respected coaches I would have to say because this man has the wins to prove it! 2367 wins under his belt with 1897 loses. He is the 4th most winning-est manager in MLB history. With 14 straight NL titles.

Worst:Ozzie Guillen

CHICAGO - JUNE 28: Manager Ozzie Guillen #13 of the Chicago White Sox argues with umpires (L-R) Brain Runge #71, Derryl Cousins #13 and Bill Miller #26 during a game against the Chicago Cubs on June 28, 2009 at U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago, Illinois. (P

The picture should explain why I call him a "worst" this man has a worse temper than Lou Piniella. Granted he is successful he just gets on my nerves with his constant ejections and loud mouth....I don't see how the White Sox win with him! They must have learned to ignore him or something...

Best:Joe Torre

ANAHEIM, CA - JUNE 21: Manager Joe Torre of the Los Angeles Dodgers looks on from the dugout during the game with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on June 21, 2009 at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California. The Dodgers won 5-3. (Photo by Stephen Dunn/

I love Joe Torre a perfect All Time Manager! He coached the Braves,Mets,Yankees, and Cardinals in the past doing a WONDERFUL job and now now presiding over the L.A. Dodgers where he is still doing a smashing job. With a record of 2204 wins with 1878 loses how can you not say he is a great coach!

Great:Billy Martin

One of my favorites of ALL TIME! Everywhere this man went he took a losing team to a winning team. Two years in a row with the Yankees he took them to the World Series and won them both in 1977 and 1978. With 3 more pennants from 76-78. He might be dead but he lives on in most of the REAL Yankee fans today.

The Great:Sparky Anderson (Captain Hook)

15 Aug 1997: Sparky Anderson attends ceremony to retire the uniform of Tommy Lasorda of the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California.

What can I say about this man that is not simply amazing you can't because there isn't really anything bad to say about him with 5 Pennants and 3 World Series and 2194 overall wins this is definitely a legend.

Greatest Ever:Connie Mack

THE MOST WINS OF ALL TIME! He has to be the greatest just because of that feat that he accomplished and I think will hold for the rest of history. No manager will ever pass his astonishing 3731 wins.
