Never change, Bartolo Colon, never change.

The 41-year-old New York Mets pitcher was caught on camera performing a funky-looking pregame ritual. He was apparently warming up...or stretching.

Or, um, something.

Everyone's got their own routine. http://t.co/UwpyyU9byt

In any case, it appears to have worked. Through 7.2 innings pitched, Colon struck out six Philadelphia Phillies while scattering 10 hits and allowing one earned run. With a comfortable 7-1 lead in the top of the ninth, the Mets and Colon are in line for the win.
